Simple little test I made using HTML5.

Also, how come I can't set the donation to $0.01?

Install instructions
Once downloaded, all you (should) have to do is open the file, it will bring up your browser and open the test.

I compiled )Compiled might not be the right word but,( the code and put it into a google document, exported/downloaded it as a .txt file and edited the properties of the .txt file to become a .html file.
